The Lancashire and Cheshire Cricket Collective Awards 2026

The Lancashire and Cheshire Cricket Collective Awards 2026 took place on Friday 7th August at Emirates Old Trafford. The event brought together more than 300 volunteers from across both counties to celebrate the outstanding contribution they make to recreational cricket.

Guests enjoyed hospitality in The Point while watching Lancashire take on Gloucestershire in the Metro Bank One Day Cup before being recognised on the outfield during the interval, where award winners were presented with their trophies.

The day also provided an opportunity to showcase the next generation of volunteers and leaders within the Cheshire. We were delighted to welcome a group of young people aged 13-17 from across county who have completed the Young Cricket Collective Course or have volunteered to become Player Ambassadors within the Cheshire pathway.

The event highlighted the vital role that volunteers of all ages play in helping cricket thrive within clubs and communities in Cheshire.
