'Who’d have thought a 200 mile move and a tag in a Facebook job advert would bring me here?
Cricket has been a game I’ve enjoyed since school, so to be lucky enough to have a full time job, coaching and working with a variety of people in this sport is fantastic. Being able to visit schools and give pupils their first experience of cricket is a great feeling, especially when they leave with a huge smile and tell me cricket is their new favourite!
If you would ever like to chat, contribute ideas or already have a thriving female section at your club please get in touch and I look forward to working in partnership to help grow the women and girls game even further across the county.' Kerry

'Work/ play/ volunteering in sport is all I've ever really wanted to do! However, saying that if I have the pleasure of listening or seeing someone show a real passion for anything; I'm drawn in immediately. Working for Cheshire Cricket Board is a privilege because I get to surround myself with passionate people every day.
For those who already know me, I'm not shy of speaking so if you have any questions please come and have a chat. And for those I will hopefully get to know in the future, I look forward to sharing ideas, learning from each other and moving forward together to continue to support women and girls' sport and see it go from strength to strength.'
