Our Volunteers

Volunteers are the lifeblood of recreational cricket in Cheshire. This section aims to provide advice and support to those delivering cricket at club level.

The ECB Club Support webpage is an excellent source of information about how to manage operations effectively at club level. Volunteers can also sign up to receive the Club Support newsletter for regular updates from ECB and register for the ECB Resource Hub.

Cheshire Cricket Board host regular Development Forums (face to face and online) for club officials and volunteers. We also offer dedicated 1:1 club support.

For a list of volunteer courses, please click here or to book a meeting, please contact your local Development and Coaching Officer.

The Stan Davies Volunteer Shout Out

Our Volunteer Shout Out is a tribute to the many fantastic volunteers who support Grassroots cricket throughout Cheshire. If you have a club or community colleague that you wish to recognise for their hard work and dedication, then please get in touch with either Ben Tomlinson or your local Development & Coaching Officer. Please send us a suitable photograph of your Grassroots hero, together with a few short sentences (max 100 words) and we will feature them on our  roll of honour roll via the link below.
