Cheshire Cricket Board has arranged a series of First Aid for Mental Health Awareness training at clubs across the county.

Sponsored by the Cheshire Cricket Trust these mental health awareness courses in a cricket setting help Club Champions to recognise early signs of mental health challenges among players, volunteers, and supporters. They equip cricket club champions with the confidence to start supportive conversations, promote a positive team culture, reduce stigma, and signpost individuals to appropriate support services when needed.
