Congratulations to Charlotte Jennings on winning an ECB Safeguarding Reward & Recognition Award.
“It has been a pleasure being involved in safeguarding and the committee at Macclesfield Cricket Club over the last few years. We have worked hard to implement the systems, processes and training put in place by the ECB and Cheshire Cricket, which have been invaluable in supporting our young players to enjoy a safe, welcoming environment, as well as helping develop confident and able coaching teams. We have had excellent support from Cheshire and our County Safeguarding Officer, enabling us to react to and pre-empt safeguarding concerns.
