Stockport CC seeks 1st Team Scorer
Stockport CC is looking for an official scorer for of all 1st team games both at home and away.
The role is responsible for scoring all 1st team matches both home and away. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the electronic scoreboard and liaising with the officials of visiting teams for both home and away matches.
Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge and demonstrable experience scoring (or other paper-based equivalents)
Knowledge and demonstrable experience of computer scoring – preferably ‘Play Cricket’ is desirable, although training will be given in how to use the electronic scoring system
Knowledge and understanding of umpire signals
Knowledge of using electronic scoreboard
The successful candidate must be able to attend all 1st games both at home and away during the season.
