Cheshire Cricket Board - Get the Game On Juniors

Welcome to Get the Game On Juniors – an exciting initiative from Cheshire Cricket Board aimed at providing additional friendly fixtures for our affiliated clubs. GTGO aims to complement the existing junior league structures around the County and ensure children of all abilities can enjoy match-play experiences at an age and stage appropriate level.

Who is it for?

·         Cheshire affiliated clubs with a recognised junior section (or junior members)

·         Clubs looking for fixtures for boys’ (or mixed sex) teams from U7 to U18

·         NB – there is a separate ‘girls only’ group – contact Ray Bell for more details How does it work?

·         Junior coordinators post their fixture requirements in the GTGO Juniors WhatsApp group

·         Clubs agree a date, time and match format to suit their needs and ‘Get the Game On’

·         Games should be recorded on play-cricket to track participation levels throughout the summer
