ECB CORE COACH

ECB Core Coach (formerly Level 2) Course

➡(Which is the right programme for you?)

ECB Core Coach programme has been designed to give learners the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead player-centred coaching sessions.

ECB Core Coach is an entry point for new coaches in cricket – you do not have to complete the ECB Foundation Coach course beforehand, however the Foundation course is hugely beneficial, particularly if you have no experience of coaching or dealing with groups of players.

An ECB Core Coach will be qualified to lead coaching sessions independently and without supervision

The Core Coach Course will give you skills to design and plan activities with the players needs at heart and develop your knowledge of the Core Principles of technique. It is ideal for those wishing to progress their coaching from the Foundation Course, those with previous experience of coaching (as a player or coach), volunteers looking to coach players 11+, or those interested in coaching as a potential career option.
